Basic foam cushion for general use and comfortable seating with dual firmness foam, a polyurethane foam base, and a viscoelastic (memory foam) top layer. Cover material is a fluid-resistant Nylon top with a fluid-proof, non-slip Polyester reinforced Vinyl bottom. Covers are removable and wipeable and meet CAL 117. Postura® GelCell™ Contour Cushions, 4" Height

A high resilience, molded and contoured foam base contains an anatomically positioned soft gel insert in the ischial relief area. The viscoelastic gel insert provides maximum pressure relief under the ischial tuberosities and coccyx. A top layer of viscoelastic foam as well as the leg troughs and medial and lateral thigh supports provide excellent conformity to the body's contours. Postura® Solid Seat Insert, 18" x 16"

Standard positioning board provides a solid support base to improve posture, increase comfort, and prevent hammocking of a sling seat.
