RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes consumers order the wrong item and need to exchange the item for one that is more appropriate (i.e. wrong size ordered). We provide complete product descriptions, sizing information, weight limitations, etc. for all products. It is the consumer's responsibility to insure they are ordering the correct item for their needs. We provide only top-quality products, all with a manufacturer's warranty. If you have a warranty issue, please email us and we will help you resolve it.

If you wish to return or exchange an item you have purchased, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This may be accomplished by email only, and you must list your name, address, telephone number, order number, product description and reason for requesting an RMA. All unauthorized returns without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

A request for a RMA must be received by us within 72 hours of delivery of the item in question. If a product is damaged in transit, we must receive this email notification within 48 hours of delivery.

All returned items must be in unused condition, in the original packaging, and be suitable for immediate resale. The customer is responsible for shipping to the designated address, insurance, and a 25% restocking fee. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt and a refund will be made only if the terms of this notice are complied with. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the sale (i.e. credit card or check).
